Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in vending at the Get To Gather Music and Arts Festival. Please carefully review and adhere to the following rules and guidelines.

By participating as a vendor, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Vendor registration deadline is May 31st
Vendor Space and Setup
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and display setups.
- Parking might not be right beside your booth, but we will do everything we can to allow it.
- Booth spaces may not be transferred or shared without prior written approval from festival management.
- Trash and recycling must be properly disposed of in designated areas. Vendors are responsible for keeping their spaces clean throughout the event.
- All tents must be securely anchored to prevent accidents.
- A limited number of electrical hookups are available for LED lights and other small electronics. Vendors using electrical equipment must ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Open flames, such as campfires or cooking setups, are prohibited in vendor areas unless approved by festival organizers.
Product Guidelines
- While we strive to limit overlapping products among vendors, we do not guarantee exclusivity for any items.
- All displayed merchandise must be all-age appropriate. Vendors selling adult items must check IDs and ensure proper discretion.
- Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling alcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks, explosives, or any illegal substances.
- Only officially licensed merchandise may be sold. No bootleg or unauthorized items bearing the names, likenesses, or logos of artists performing at the festival are allowed.
Check-Out Time
- Vendors must check out by 1:00pm on Sunday. No exceptions will be made, and late check-outs may result in additional fees or penalties.
Liability and Insurance
- Food vendors must have a Vendors License, a ServSafe Certificate, and Insurance listing the Get To Gather Music and Arts Festival LLC as an insured location.
- Vendors participate at their own risk. Get To Gather Music and Arts Festival LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods/equipment.
- Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential incidents.
Additional Rules
- Vendors must buy a ticket to attend, and a vendor pass.
- Vendors must notify the festival staff immediately if any disputes, issues, or emergencies arise.
- Amplified music is prohibited at vendor setups.
- Vendors must not obstruct fire lanes, walkways, or emergency exits.
- Vendors must adhere to all rules and regulations of the festival, the venue, and all applicable state and federal laws.
- Vendors participate at their own risk. Get To Gather Music and Arts Festival LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
- Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential incidents.
Fees
- The vending fee for Get To Gather Music and Arts Festival LLC is $100. This fee is in addition to the general admission ticket that all attendees, including vendors, must purchase. Your vending fee secures your booth space but does not include entry to the festival grounds. All vendors and their staff must have valid festival tickets.
- This is an all-weather event. Fees for vendors are non-refundable, including in the case of inclement weather or failure to attend.
