By purchasing a ticket to attend the festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I understand that attending an outdoor camping music festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, property damage, theft, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including the use of the festival grounds, surrounding areas, and all related activities.
I agree to release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, and all affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred while attending or participating in the festival. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from negligence, wrongful acts, or omissions of the Released Parties.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, or causes of action, including any related costs or legal fees, arising from or in connection with my participation in the festival, including any claims made by third parties.
I understand that the festival organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for securing my personal belongings during the event and agree to take all necessary precautions.
In the event of an emergency, I consent to the provision of medical treatment and acknowledge that I am responsible for any associated costs. I also understand that the festival organizers may need to share my medical information with emergency personnel if necessary.
I grant permission to the festival organizers to take photographs, videos, or other recordings of me during the event. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the festival organizers. Failure to do so may result in my removal from the event without refund.
This Agreement is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this General Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.
